Tara Sellios

Tara Sellios è un'artista multidisciplinare che lavora principalmente nella fotografia di grande formato e anche nel disegno, nella scultura e nell'installazione. Si è laureata presso l'Art Institute of Boston nel 2010 con un BFA in fotografia e storia dell'arte. Recenti mostre personali includono Infernalis alla Gallery Kayafas (Boston, MA), Sinuous alla C. Grimaldis Gallery (Baltimore, MD) e Testimony alla Blue Sky Gallery (Portland, OR). Il suo lavoro è stato incluso in diverse mostre collettive a livello locale e internazionale, l'ultima delle quali è stata inclusa nel Photo Brussels Festival (Bruxelles, Belgio). È stata più volte assegnata al Massachusetts Cultural Council Award ed è apparsa sulla copertina della rivista Photograph e di Art New England, tra gli altri. Il suo lavoro fa parte di diverse collezioni permanenti, tra cui The Museum of Fine Arts Boston, The Danforth Museo e Museo RISD. Attualmente vive e lavora nel suo studio di South Boston.
